Faucets and fixtures in Salmon Arm
A tap that drips, a handle that spins, or an outside tap that will not shut. Call us and we'll come out.

While you wait
- Look under the sink for two small valves, one hot and one cold. Turn them clockwise to stop a drip at that tap.
- If those valves are stuck, do not force them. Use the main shutoff instead. A seized valve is a common way a drip becomes a flood in the cabinet.
- A kitchen sprayer or a dishwasher line leaking under the sink needs the same shutoff. Put a bowl under it so the cabinet stays dry.
- An outside hose bib that drips in winter can freeze the pipe inside the wall. Disconnect the hose, and shut the inside valve if the house has one.
- Toilets that keep running are a different job. See the toilet page.
When to call
Call us when a tap will not shut off, when the shutoff under the sink will not turn, or when water is getting into the cabinet. A slow drip can wait until daytime. We confirm the price before we start.
